Need clarity about being OD with Mr. Cash and Quickla — can’t pay yet, but they’re already harassing me
Hello po, asking for clarity and advice lang.
I’m currently overdue with Mr. Cash and Quickla. These are the two apps where I have my bigger loans, but both balances are still below ₱25,000 both apps.
I honestly can’t pay yet because I don’t have the funds at the moment. I’m not running away from the debt, but I need time to settle it properly. The problem is, they’ve already started harassing me — kung anu-ano na po ang sinasabi sa messages, and I’m worried they might also contact people from my phonebook.
For now, dinededma ko muna sila because I don’t want to respond while they’re being abusive, and I also don’t want to make promises I can’t keep yet.
May I ask:
- What usually happens kapag OD na sa Mr. Cash and Quickla?
- May naka-experience na po ba ng harassment from these apps?
- Do they really contact people from your phonebook?
- Is it okay to ignore them muna habang wala pa akong pambayad?
- For those who had experience with Mr. Cash or Quickla, what happened in your case?
Thank you po sa sasagot. I’d really appreciate any advice or shared experience.
