Questions About Pokemon Firered Sub-1M Chip

TLDR; is this damaged sub-1m chip pin a huge deal / is there anything to fix it to prevent future damage / malfunctioning - one pokemon firered cartridge.

Hi all,

I recently repaired an old Pokemon FireRed GBA cartridge I found lying around - there was initially a "sub-1m circuit board is not installed message", so I found a misaligned pin in the chip that I believe caused the issue. I attempted to fix the chip by reflowing the solder, and trying to bend the pin back into it's original position.

Surprisingly, despite a small part of metal breaking off, this did fix the issue, and the game has been able to run ever since. However, the broken chip piece is still somewhat of a concern to me. Was wondering if any of you had insight into the gravity of this issue.
