How are yall cutting back on stimulus?

I feel like the past couple of years has gotten me soooo addicted to screens and videos. I wake up, I take the iPad on the porch and watch videos for hours just trying to wake up, then I try to do some work but I need something playing in the background and finding that thing over and over all day takes so much out of me. I hardly ever listen to music anymore either because I don’t know how to find new music anymore and it’s just literally not enough stimuli.

I am able to get started without watching videos in the mornings but I always end up doing it at some point. And ive been working on “menus” and routines for myself but we all know how tough that stuff is. I’ve deleted all the apps for periods of time but then I need them for one thing or another (I cook and bake and host and do a lot of creative things so I love the “foraging” part of videos/pinterest for my brain) but I am literally so addicted. I’m so over it.
