On my 30 minute walk to work this morning I almost got hit twice. Both times by people not using turn signals and not stopping at a red light before turning. Not even looking to see if someone is walking.

Do better.

Under Arizona Revised Statute § 28-645, you may turn right on a red light after coming to a complete stop, provided you yield to pedestrians and other traffic.
