I Didn’t Realize Poor Circulation Could Affect Energy, Workouts, and Even Mental Focus

Lately I kept noticing the same pattern every day:

  • low workout endurance
  • tired faster than normal
  • sluggish mornings
  • weak pumps during exercise
  • brain fog by afternoon

At first I blamed sleep or stress, but then I started reading more about blood flow, oxygen delivery, and nitric oxide levels.

Honestly surprised me how much circulation impacts overall energy and recovery.
