I booked a shipment through Shiprocket, but the charges were very high, I chose Xpressbees as the courier partner. The pickup agent came and collected my package, and the tracking status was updated to “picked up.

I also received a confirmation message from Shiprocket on WhatsApp.

However, after 2–3 days, the tracking status became inconsistent sometimes showing pickup done and sometimes pickup not done.

I contacted Shiprocket’s help center, and now they are asking me for a signed manifest. This requirement was never communicated to me earlier.

I have the pickup agent’s phone number and WhatsApp chat, which clearly shows that the shipment was collected. I also have Shiprocket’s WhatsApp confirmation message.

Despite this, they are saying that Xpressbees has reported that the shipment has not been picked up.

This situation is extremely frustrating, as I have already handed over the package, but there is no proper acknowledgment from their side. what should I do now?? can anyone help
