I saw a new exam posted today for ADMINISTRATIVE REAL PROPERTY MANAGER. I've never seen this exam before and don't know much about the title. What agencies hire that title and how does the Managerial Pay Scale work? What determines if you'd get appointed to a Mangerial vs Non-Managerial role?
