We are due to move into a house on the 1st September. All referencing has passed. I was then told by the agent we would receive the tenancy agreement shortly. But a week later we are still waiting. This is with Leaders. Is this normal? Its worrying as we are moving with our children and its now 2 weeks until the landlord wants the tenancy to start. I have been told its with the tenancy department and probably other people's tenancies need doing before ours, never heard of that before.. any advice on this please

My daughter is 13 weeks old and shes a very content baby but she sleeps alot still and im wondering if this is normal. She sleeps well at night too, she only wakes for a feed once or twice but doesnt open her eyes she just keeps moving alot then I nurse her for 5 10 mins and she goes back off. During the day her wake windows are still only about an hour if that.. she spends more time asleep then awake but she always wakes up to feed but will instantly go back to sleep. She has plenty of wet nappies and shes not unwell. Does anyone else's baby still sleep alot at this age?
