New to the area. My son’s 14th birthday is coming up and he wants to do something with 2 - 3 of his newer friends — arcade or other teen-centric hangout type place.

Has anyone had particularly good experiences with Dave & Buster’s, Frankie's, Bowlero, etc.? Or any other ideas around Raleigh/Cary/Garner/Durham? I don’t mind driving a bit.

Trying to keep it pretty low key and also make the dollars stretch for a few hours without it turning into a $500 event 🫣

Would love recommendations for places that are fun for that age and easy for a small group of boys to just hang out independently for awhile.

Google is failing me. Can anyone recommend an organization that can help me arrange some Therapy Dog visits for a Senior Center? Dogs with a Purpose is a great one but they are inundated with requests so I'm looking for others. Thanks!
