While using the smart pen, it sometimes registers writing even when the pen is not touching the screen. I tried replacing the nib with a new one, but the same issue persists.

If I remove and reinsert the nib, it temporarily works normally again, but the problem eventually comes back. This issue is consistently affecting my writing.

How can I receive after-sales service (A/S)? I purchased the device through Kickstarter and am currently using it in Korea. I would appreciate it if you could check whether A/S support is available in Korea.
