Just received my new EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus here in Canada and the Car Charging Cable (XT60i) was missing from the box.
I checked the user manual that came inside the unit’s box, and on the "What's in the Box" page, it clearly lists 3 cables:
- AC Charging Cable
- Car Charging Cable
- DC5521 to DC5525 Cable
My box only had the AC and DC5521 cables. I reached out to customer service, but they refused to send the missing cable, claiming it’s not included in the standard package. This contradicts the manual and every official unboxing video I've seen for this model.

customer service not helpoing me to send missing accessories and advice me that delta 3 plus only come with AC charging cable ONLY.
