So four years back my girlfriend co signed the car loan for her ex husband. Followed by a domestic violence case that dragged for two years he got deported and abandoned the car at his workplace. We came to know that he had been paying “vehicle return plus”. But isurance company say only he can come and claim it which is impossible. Is there a way to dispute it?
