I am 15 yrs old (F)...I have some serious issue and I don't know how to heal it...basically I had a lot of dandruff plus itching...that itching at one spot led to a wound....which became worse and developed into scab which I kept on pricking...now I have no hair there and ig its of a coins size...i got 2 more then....no hair there aswell....what should I do....?
