If I failed my inspection and I’m required to get a new apartment in my building , well, I have to pay a new security deposit and amenity fees, etc. etc.? I am nearing the end of my lease and if I have to go through a process again that requires me basically to sign a new lease then I might as well get a new place in a better building I was going to renew my lease because it didn’t require any fees

There are a few things I’m worried about in the pictures are here Including a smoke alarm that works, but won’t stay on the wall . And the outlet that my microwave is plugged up to, for some reason doesn’t work so I have to use an extension cord for the microwave.

I have a desk in my closet because it is a walk in and my apartment is very small .

I also have a bed in front of my window but it’s a floor to ceiling window .

And a tv in front of the other floor to ceiling window .
