I need help with my T-Mobile portal hotspot device. At first I thought there was something wrong with my fire stick. So I factory reset it, however I'm stuck in a verification loop on the T-Mobile site. it asks you to verify a code from your email, but when I enter it, it asks me to enter again and says it's wrong. Resending the code leads to a "not logged in" message, even when I try to log back in. It won't allow me to even go through the process a second time I have to factory reset all over again just to get that far what's going on with this thing? has anyone found a hack to get past it or experiencing the same problem?
