Purolator is a nightmare, cancelled my delivery twice and now won’t tell me where to pick it up
When I say Purolator is HORRIBLE, I’m not even exaggerating because what is actually going on? 😭
I ordered a scooter from Best Buy on June 23. It was supposed to be delivered on June 25, but Purolator cancelled the delivery because it was “heavy weight processing” and they needed two drivers. They then said I needed to book an appointment for delivery, so I did for Monday, June 29.
Fast forward to Monday they cancelled again for the same “heavy weight processing” reason.
I called again and requested to pick it up myself. I’ve been asking to pick it up since Friday, June 26, but they kept telling me it would be delivered on Monday, June 29.
Now I’m scheduled for a pickup, and they still haven’t given me any updates, a location, or even told me who I’m supposed to contact.
How is this acceptable? I’ve been waiting almost a week, and every time I get a different answer. Has anyone else dealt with Purolator’s “heavy weight processing” issue?
