Has anyone successfully filed a formal complaint with an airline?
I had a rough experience last year (long delay, lost baggage, and basically no response from customer service). When I tried to file a formal complaint afterward, I found the process confusing and ended up giving up.
For those who’ve gone through this:
- Did you complete the complaint process?
- What parts were hardest?
- Did you ever get a response or compensation?
I’m trying to figure out whether it’s worth pushing through next time and what to expect. Any advice or experiences would be really helpful.
