The Role We're a fast-growing agency looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Closer to join our team full-time. Every conversation you have is with a warm, inbound prospect who's already expressed interest — no cold calling, no prospecting, just closing.

If you're great on calls, love connecting with people, and know how to guide a conversation from intro to signed deal, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Running discovery and closing calls via Zoom, Google Meet, and phone
Introducing our services and communicating our value clearly and confidently
Understanding each lead's pain points and goals
Walking prospects through our services, process, and method of operation
Presenting packaging and pricing options
Keeping the CRM up to date with accurate lead statuses and notes after every interaction

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a closing or consultative sales role
Strong communication skills — comfortable on camera and over the phone
A natural ability to listen, build rapport, and ask the right questions
Organised and consistent with follow-ups and CRM hygiene
Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to perform
