Generated over $4.5million in gross revenue this year. Putting myself out there to start my own sh*t

Hi guys, I'm a marketing nerd, 9 years of experience, worked with startups, scaleups, mid-market, and enterprise brands, particularly in the growth function of marketing tied directly to revenue.

I've doing the 9-5 and have gotten solid results for the companies I worked with but now thinking more and more of starting something of my own.

I've been working with a Hungarian corporation for 2 years now and have generated over $20million in qualified pipeline, this year we've closed contracts worth $4.5million all through E2E LinkedIn lead gen which was a breath of fresh air given those leads were in the pipeline for like 8 freakin months.

Given this subreddit is known for high ticket discussions, thought I'd give it a shot to network and connect I could help out with high ticket lead gen. Lemme know questions/comments please.

How do I get into high ticket sales from a beginner

How does someone get into remote high ticket sales. Is there a course to take, is it networking there’s a lot of noise out there if anyone has any advice that would be great!

My background is communication support worker (supporting deaf people but it’s helped me to communicate with many different people, different ages, backgrounds and different environments, but more as a support rather than someone selling) I worked a lot in education and medical settings. Sales would be new. I am willing to be educated on it and learn but I just fear there is a lot of scams so don’t know how to find what is real . On the flip side doing it alone, self educating, reaching out to coaches etc often end up ignored so I am aware I would need to gather some data to prove my self but just don’t know what the best way in is.

I would have to start along side my 9-5 also. Have I been sold a dream by Instagram gurus or is this something that can be real?

[HIRING] High Ticket Sales Partner | Commission Only

I'm looking for a high ticket sellers for our agency.

Niche: crypto, web3, fintech, and AI brands.

Offers ranging from $5-10k/ month, lowest ticket is $2.5k for an entry offer.

Have clients who have stayed with us for 1-2+ years.

We're in business since 2023 and have mostly relied on referrals and cold DMs.

Partnered up with an agency the past year, who scaled us to $1m ARR, but we're looking to build our own sales engine as they move things in-house. Tons of proof of work + results.

Must have experience closing deals of this size.

Best Dialers?

Any recommendations on dialers to use?

I've used Nooks in the past but I'm running a one man sales and marketing agency so I won't meet the minimum seat requirement for most enterprise solutions.

I just need something I can use to call through a few hundred prospects a day for myself and my clients as warm leads flow through.

Any help would be appreciated!

[Hiring] Easy Commission Based Website Reviewing Job

We’re looking for commission-based lead inputters for an ad tech company.

This is not a cold-calling or sales role.

Your job is simply to:

  • review websites/domains we send you,
  • check for specific criteria we train you on,
  • and submit the details into a form for our outreach team.

That’s it.

We work with website publishers and help them monetize traffic through premium advertising demand.

Compensation:

  • No base salary
  • Recurring monthly commission
  • If one of your submitted leads signs with us, you earn a percentage of that publisher’s monthly earnings with us for as long as they remain a client.

This means strong leads can generate recurring monthly income instead of one-time commissions.

Good fit for:

  • people familiar with websites/blogs
  • SEO or digital marketing beginners
  • students
  • people looking for remote side income

Requirements:

  • Reliable internet
  • Basic understanding of websites
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions consistently

Remote role. Flexible hours (Work whenever you feel like it).

If interested, send me a DM letting me know of your interest.

Prior sales experience helps but honestly I'd rather take someone hungry with zero experience over someone with 3 years of mediocre experience work but no hunger.

We handle training, lead sourcing, scripts, everything. You just need a phone, a laptop, and wifi.

preferably looking for US only but open to worldwide if you qualify.

Hiring High-Ticket Cold Closers (15% Commission + 2% Monthly Residual) – Roofing Marketing Agency

Hey r/highticket_sales,

We’re ProBoost (proboostusa.com), a digital marketing & lead generation agency that helps roofing contractors and home service businesses get consistent high-quality appointments through Facebook ads, custom landing pages, and full-funnel systems.

We’re hiring commission-only high-ticket closers to help us scale.

Compensation:

  • 15% commission upfront on every closed client (paid on the first month)
  • 2% monthly residual on the client’s MRR for as long as they stay with us (real recurring income)

This is one of the stronger commission structures in the space, strong upfront pay + true lifetime residuals.

What you’ll do:

  • Cold outreach (calls, DMs, etc.) to roofing contractors
  • Run Zoom/phone sales calls and close deals
  • Full end-to-end sales process

Realistic expectations for top performers:

  • Strong closers typically close 5–8 clients per month on cold outreach
  • Top closers can push 8–10+ with high activity

We’re looking for:

  • Proven closers comfortable with cold outreach
  • Self-motivated, consistent, and professional on the phone
  • People who want uncapped earnings with residuals

If you’re a hustler who can handle cold calls/DMs and close high-ticket deals, this is a great opportunity.

How to apply:
DM me with:

  • Your name + location
  • Short intro about yourself
  • Your sales/closing experience (biggest month or notable wins)
  • Why you’d be a good fit

Serious closers only.

Hiring a Remote Sales Rep | US & Canada Only | $2K Base + Commission

Blueprint Digital is looking for another sales rep to add to the team. We sell tech solutions to blue collar businesses and we need someone who can get on the phone, hold a real conversation and close.

Here's what the comp looks like:

$2,000/month base — guaranteed, not tied to hours. 5% commission on everything you close, no cap. Quarterly bonuses, holiday bonuses and we run internal contests where you can win anywhere from $250 to $1,000. Our strong reps are clearing $4,000+ a month and they're not even working full time.

You set your own schedule. There are no fixed hours, just stay within the legal cold calling window (8AM–9PM). Qualified leads are provided so you're not cold calling out of a phone book.

What we actually need:

Someone based in the US or Canada, fluent English with a clear neutral accent (hard requirement, this is a phone role calling US clients), comfortable with outbound calls, and looking for something long term not a 2 week experiment. Sales or client facing experience is a must.

If you have a heavy accent or zero sales experience this probably isn't the right fit.

Training is fully paid — a few hours a day for 3 days then a hands on trial with support.

More about us: blueprintdigital.online

If you're interested drop a comment or DM me with where you're based and a bit about your background and I'll get back to you!

[Hiring]- sales closers on RECURRING commission basis ~$300/deal closed/Every Month

We’re a growing Google Ads agency focused on HVAC companies across Canada, and we’re looking for a hungry, self-sufficient closer who can own the entire sales process.

This isn’t a scam. We are growing and we genuinely need good reps to handle the sales process.

This is not a hand-holding role. If you’re someone who waits for leads, this isn’t for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Finding your own leads (scraping, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, etc.)

• Reaching out and starting conversations

• Handling objections and running sales calls

• Closing deals and onboarding clients

What we offer:

• 15–20% commission (~$300 per client per month)

• RECURRING commission — you get paid every month the client stays

• Fully remote (work from anywhere)

• High-demand service (Google Ads for HVAC = strong ROI, easier sell)

• No micromanagement—you control your pipeline and income

Why this is powerful:

Close 5 clients and you’re making ~$1,500/month recurring.

Keep stacking, and your income compounds every month.

Who this is for:

• Closers who can prospect + close end-to-end

• People comfortable with cold outreach and rejection

• Someone who wants uncapped, compounding income

Who this is NOT for:

• Beginners looking to “learn sales”

• People who need leads handed to them

• Anyone not serious about commission-only roles

If you know how to sell, this can turn into a serious income stream fast.

Let’s build something real.

How Do you actually find commission based closers for a project

Hey, how do you actually find commission based closers for a project? Been trying Fiverr and Discord but mostly getting people who never follow through. Where did you find ones that actually delivered?

reddit.com
u/Hour-Association-252 — 3 days ago

I make websites that get you leads automatically.

Most websites just sit there and hope people contact you.

I build ones that actually do the work. Generate leads, filter out low-quality ones, and automatically follow up with them straight to your email.

Instead of chasing people, you only deal with people who are actually interested.

Rate is very negotiable just shoot me your budget. Instead of pay per lead that needs additional manpower for outreach, why not invest in one-time payment website that run 24/7 😉

Starting EU Sales community

I've been in sales for 5 years now. closed over 4M in reveneu

Something that's been bothering me for a while: every decent sales community I've joined is American. The podcasts I listen to, the playbooks, the peer groups, the Slack channels all US. US comp benchmarks, US timezones, US verticals.

Meanwhile every European sales rep I know is doing this alone. Scrolling LinkedIn at midnight. Cold-applying to roles that ghost them at week 5 of the interview loop. Recruiters in their DMs offering €40K OTE for closer roles. No peer group to actually talk shop with.

It's weird because Europe has tons of great reps, they're just scattered, isolated, and stuck on platforms designed for the US market.

So I started building one. Discord-first community of European sales reps. I personally talk to companies that are hiring, find out what they actually need, and make warm intros to people inside who fit. No recruiter middleman,, no job board.

Currently free for both reps and companies. Founding members get in for nothing and stay free.

If you're an EU rep or company r who's tired of doing this alone, send me a DM and I'll get you the invite.

Companies can join by form reps in discord:

Looking for a commission-based closer. Digital product, $797 price point.

I built a distribution system for high ticket operators. Sells at $797 one-time.

I'm the builder, not the seller.
Looking for one person who enjoys outreach and closing to take this on for straight commission.

First testimonial is in. One operator said it helped him find a positioning gap he'd never been able to articulate before.

Target buyer: service operators, consultants, agency owners who manage content or client delivery across multiple accounts.

Commission is negotiable. I'm open to 30-40% per sale.
