Looking for 2-3 motivated cold callers to join my sales team for a growing marketing agency.

This is performance-based pay — meaning no cap. One close a week is $600-$1,200/month. Two closes is $1,200-$2,400. The offer is strong and further commission will be provided for clients that stay with us for months.

The Role:

Inbound sales. You will be taking qualified leads, getting on the phone, handling objections, and closing the deal.

100% remote (UK time zones only).

No tech skills required. You sell the asset, our fulfillment team builds it.

The Commission Structure:
£600 per closed deal paid directly to you.
We keep your pipeline fed; if you close just one deal a day (5 days a week), you are clearing £3,000 a week.

Requirements:
Native UK English speaker with an unshakeable phone presence.

Proven track record in high-ticket closing, B2B sales, or agency arbitrage.

I want a career in sales. I have had several high ticket sales jobs from high end home services to software. I always crush it. I am consistently the top rep. Until…. I cannot sell something I don’t believe in. It falls apart for me when deals I close start falling apart; when I learn we are over promising; when our customer service is terrible; when we don’t come close to meeting timeframes… it has happened with every company. I have to spend my time handholding to keep deals. The operations side of the company is incompetent or can’t keep up. The customer service is unresponsive or makes empty promises to keep them. I can’t go into a pitch knowing that they will be frustrated and disappointed if they sign the deal. I don’t want to keep working for these terrible companies!

I’m really interested to work in sales but I can’t find the right way to find a job or a team that can possibly integrate me in their selling process.

I’m a new sales professional, currently still in high school, but I see this as an opportunity for your team to develop a motivated and loyal salesperson of your own. I’ve been actively learning and practicing sales for about two months, and I’m now looking for a part-time remote position where I can grow with a team and become a valuable long-term asset.

Can fully work on weekends and about 2-3 hours everyday on working days. I’m coachable, purposeful, reliable, responsible and motivated man based in EU.

I work for a call center basically selling the idea of a $100 check to customers who have already bought the windows and can refer a friend to receive a 100$ gift card for viewing a window demonstration which you would think sounds easy enough it would sell itself they don’t have to buy anything and both parties get $100 out of it for a referral and majority of the time it leads me to a ton of no’s and I honestly don’t know how to change it up to get more success out of this to bring up my numbers and bring home more money

INTRODUCTION

I run a marketing agency that I intend to scale. It's incredibly difficult to do that with the limited team we have now.

I have this attractive pitch where I promise business owners 100k+ views within 14 days or they don't pay. We can take on a lot more work currently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Outreach to businesses. You can use Instagram, Facebook or other social media to target US businesses (I can give you a list.) 

You can even cold call, I’ve seen the most success with this. I will give you a list of leads and you can call with a US VOIP phone number that I can provide you with. I am happy to pay cold callers ($220 per 1000 calls must be recorded + 30% commission), but you genuinely have to have excellent A-tier, fluent, English.

If you're a native English speaker the rate is 750 USD/1000 calls.

You handle the outreach - I just do the work, and the closing. You cold-call once, find out who is interested, and I handle everything else.

If you really do not have an accent in English, I am willing to pay you more.

You have to be willing to work on US time zones. People located in the US are proffered and will be compensated more, but all are welcome to make applications.

This is full-cycle B2B sales for GEO.

Pay starts at 40% of upfront revenue + 20% of the monthly retainer on your first 20 full-cycle deals.

Client pricing starts at $3,000 upfront + $600/month and there is no max deal size.

So if you close:

$5,000 upfront = $2,000 to you

$10,000 upfront = $4,000

$20,000 upfront = $8,000

If that $10k deal also has a $2k monthly retainer, that's another $400/month recurring to you.

Paid weekly on collected revenue.

If you're only setting, starting rate is 10% upfront + 5% recurring.

If you're only closing appointments set by someone else, it's 20% upfront + 10% recurring.

We provide 50-200 exclusive owner / decision-maker leads per rep per day. Direct numbers, business info, research and a personalized angle for the account are already there.

CRM, RingCentral, calendars, contracts, payment setup and the fulfillment team are handled on our side.

Your job is sales. Call, qualify, run the conversation, price it, follow up and close.

The offer is also much cleaner than selling another marketing package or random AI service.

Businesses are already getting customers through ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI and similar platforms. When someone asks who they should hire and the business isn't one of the companies being recommended, that customer goes somewhere else.

That's the conversation.

You're not asking them to change their whole business, replace their agency or dump another $10k/month into ads.

You find where they're losing that demand, show them the value and close the account.

The first period is commission-only. We give reps 90 days to prove they can produce. The target is 30 closed deals. If you're close but short at day 90, there's a final 30-day window. Reps who hit the number can move into base + commission.

We're not looking for people who need to be taught what discovery or objection handling means.

You should already be comfortable cold calling business owners, running discovery, following up, negotiating and asking for the payment.

Main calling window is 1-6 PM in the prospect's timezone.
