Inherited this 18k piece from my grandmother, who ran a shop in Boca Grande. We think it’s from her travels to Greece. Does anyone recognize the style or era?

A few years ago I inherited this necklace from my grandmother. She and my grandfather owned Fugate’s General Store in Boca Grande, Florida, for years. She used to travel the world to source unique pieces for the women’s boutique she kept at the back of the store.

Based on her travel logs and her love for Greek gold, we believe she picked this up in Greece, but we aren't 100% sure of the era or the specific maker.
Markings: The only stamp is 18k.

I'd love to know if anyone recognizes this particular design or can confirm if it looks like mid-century Greek goldsmithing! It’s a precious piece of her legacy, and I’d love to know more about it.
