My partner lives in PH and I'm hoping to travel over either mid-May or towards the end of June. However, for obvious reasons I'm a bit on edge about it due to the fuel shortages. Not only do I have to rely on flights to get there, but I also have to rely on Cebu Pacific too when I arrive, and also coming back. So if one domino falls then the entire thing pretty much goes to shit.
