My sister found this INSANE kitten in her neighborhood who needed a home. She runs the house now.

This is Dottie! She is a cat who lives in a mechanic shop and apparently loves my locs! She doesn’t like being picked up at all, but she will stay on your shoulders for hours if you let her😊🩷.
