My ex and I were in a FWB situation last year but after the new year she and I did not have any relations. She would still ask me to do stuff for her and I would help her whenever she asked. In March she told me she was seeing someone and I was completely blindsided by it. She had this new guy move in after only a short period of time and he has no job, no money and recently got an OWI. We broke up because of my drinking and because I was terrible person because of my drinking. I've been sober for over 3 years, completely turned my life around, have a good job, money, my own place. Basically I turned into the guy I thought she would want but she still doesn't want me. Why did she pick this guy even though hes basically the same version of me when I was drinking. We have kids together and they tell me they fight all the time and are always drunk. She's tried to kick this guy out and even locked him out of the house one day but he busted in a window to get back in. Why would she keep putting up this guy's bullshit when she didn't put up with mine. Im so confused and im worried about the safety of my kids and her. What do I do?
