Honda prelude engine sound when accelerating

Hello I have 1998 Honda Prelude and I noticed a whining sound when I accelerate (I’m not sure if you guys can hear it in the video) but it’s been annoying me for the past week.
I tried replacing the gaskets for the power steering pump because it’s usually the cause of the sound which are two o rings, replaced the bolts, and bled out the system out by lifting the car turning the steering wheel for around 20 turns and it’s still there, it’s driving me mad!
Can anyone figure out what this noise is please!!!

Honda prelude power steering issue

Recently my power steering has been making a whining noise and I tried fixing it by replacing the gaskets but even after that it still made the whining noise, I tried bleeding the system by turning the wheel multiple times but still nothing I tried to look if there was another leak but still nothing.
Does anyone know a solution?

So one of the bolts snapped and everything came loose and then it all leaked out what should I do
