Hello, fellow Keelers (yeah I just made that up), it’s been a while since I’ve posted in Reddit (mainly use X nowadays).
First, welcome to the newcomers, and congrats to everyone.
I’ve fought against the people spreading FUD and now the sentiment has flipped.
Previously, I’ve mentioned that my PT is $8 for the year. I would like to increase it to $12
Three lease for the year was not something I considered, and I believe that the sites have gotten more valuable.
Attached is my timeline prediction for lease execution, only thing I will change is for Panther Creek to be Sep/Oct.
Nebius recently announced their GW site in Pennsylvania, and I think that’s validation.
As we move from training towards inferencing, proximity to user matters. However, it’s hard to find sites that meet the requirements, and permits are even harder to obtain.
So I think the contract will be at a premium, especially for Nebius competitors, it will push them to accelerate their timeline for Pennsylvania expansion.
Long story short, the future is bright!
