KEI-week as an international student

Hello, I'm an international student starting at the University of Groningen this year, and I have a couple of questions about KEI-week that I'd love some advice on.

First, is it actually worth attending as an international student? I'd love to hear from people who've been through it. Did it help you settle in, make friends, or get familiar with the city?

Second, a more practical question: I'm flying into the Netherlands on the morning of August 10th, and from what I understand, KEI-week starts on August 10th as well. Does anyone know what time the activities typically kick off on the first day? And is it okay to join a little late if I can't make it right from the start? I'd hate to miss anything important, but I also can't really change my flight.

Any advice or personal experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!
