I am writing to express my concerns regarding the current subscription model in Black Desert Online, specifically the existence of three separate premium services: Value Pack, Blessing of Kamasylve, and Secret Book of Old Moon.
While each of these subscriptions provides unique benefits, having them separated into three different systems creates unnecessary complexity and financial strain for players who wish to fully experience the game. Individually, these services may seem reasonable, but collectively they resemble a fragmented subscription model that can feel excessive and difficult to manage.
From a player’s perspective, it would be far more convenient and consumer-friendly if these features were consolidated into a single, unified subscription package. This would simplify decision-making, improve transparency, and foster greater goodwill within the community. Many players may feel discouraged or pressured by the current structure, which can impact overall satisfaction and long-term engagement.
I understand the importance of monetization in supporting ongoing development, but balancing profitability with player experience is crucial. Streamlining these systems could enhance accessibility while maintaining the value of premium content.
