Help find a lost fic - Draco down on his luck
I really hope I am remembering a real fic here and not an amalgamation of a bunch but here's what I remember. Draco has Harry and I believe Seamus turn up on his doorstep as Aurors and take him in as a suspect for a crime and leave him in a cell overnight even though he's entirely innocent.
He's released but the result is he loses his job as a restaurant dish pig and gets kicked out of his apartment. With nowhere else to go he sneaks in to grimmauld which he imagines is abandoned and Harry finds him and offers him a place to stay for a bit.
You eventually find out that the reason Draco was even brought in as a suspect was because he sent a letter to the ministry asking for his wand back because his probation was up. The ministry tried to intimidate him into shutting up by pulling the arrest stunt.
Draco then goes back and lives with Harry and that's more or less the end of the fic.
