Something wrong with orchid

I got this orchid maybe 2weeks ago, it’s my first orchid and it was just left in an office dying. It looked awful, I managed to make it nice again and cut the spike back a little bit but now it’s starting to look funny again and the leafs are coming off and the aerial roots on one side seem to be doing awful. Some of the roots in the pot still greens so I haven’t watered it yet. Does anyone know what this is? Some kind of mould/rot?

Hello, I recently got a moth orchid (it was left by someone at my girlfriends work, so she took it home and now I’m looking after it) when I got it it was completely bone dry, it’s in bark and has a tiny bit of sphagnum moss. I bathed it in room temp water for about 15mins till the roots looked good, and very lightly misted the aerial roots (I made sure to dry the crown after) after this process about 3 blooms fell off, 2 on the main branch and one on a side branch which I have now cut back cuz it seemed like a good idea. Also there are a couple little springtails in the bark mix, which I assume is okay.

I have no idea how to tell like how long it’s been blooming or anything I have never looked after an orchid before. I’d like to keep it blooming for a little while longer if I can. The orchid had about five blooms on a main branch and one on a side branch which is now cut.

Is there any way I can keep it blooming, there are just two blooms left now and they look quite sad, a lot better then when I got it but still quite droopy and leathering looking. The first one is quite brown/orange at where it connects to the main branch. (sorry I don’t know proper names)

Not quite sure what I’m doing if anyone has any advice it would be appreciated
