Just had my the rest of my paycheck stolen, what can I do?
I was enjoying my day off at home, when all of a sudden I get a notification from CashApp saying that there was a charge at Bank of America for $606.50. I called support and it looks like it was an ATM charge, but my card is still secured in my wallet, 3 feet away from me in my house.
Realistically does any one here think I will get my money back? I already filed the dispute, and they cancelled my original card. I also filed a police report.
The weird thing is that this charge doesn’t look like how any of the other ATM charges on my account look. Instead of saying “ATM Withdrawal” it says “Bank of America” and if you click on it, then it says “Card Payment”. Does anybody have any idea if that makes any difference? Sorry for the rambling, I’m obviously very upset with what’s happening
