Is Floating Sandbox on Google play safe to buy?

I recently found a game that I had on my PC a while ago, I remember getting virus warnings on that game, is it safe if I download it from Google Play? Much appreciated

I know you used to be can you still?

I remember a while ago hearing that you can pick up Micahs body, but can you still do it? Or has it been patched?
