Capital one / Discover in Ireland
Ive seen a lot of posts of people having issues and wanted to share my solution. Whether or not this is a sustainable solution for Cap1 holders remains to be seen.
Initially i was like everyone else and saw the top links sharing everyone's trouble finding an atm. I had the same issues, and AIB got close where i could put in my pin but then it would fail the full transaction.
The solution is to try early before you need the cash in case there is a problem and use this discover atm finder:

Finally after trying at AIB and BOI i was able to access the atm system and pull out cash from a Euronet atm. This link helped me find a few in the town I was at. Sometimes they are in SPAR but this one was out on the street. Use the direction button and it will pop it into your maps app. This is key because atms are everywhere and nearby atms we can use.
