Can't find the Zao - not in Bureau?
Good day! I just downloaded WoWs Legends on the PS5 after not having played this game since early days on the PC. Zao was always my favourite and I was looking to push for it in Legends. However, I can't see it on the tech tree, nor is it available in the bureau. What's the dealio?
