Is there any objective evidence that the Sedins are good at player development and/or have skills or aptitudes suitable for professional hockey scouting or management?

Obviously great players, that's not in dispute. But I would be interesting in reading accounts of how they approach skill development, which is not as simple as "do it like we did it." Or specific accounts from players of insight which they brought to their teaching.

Seeing them touted for management jobs makes me wonder what is there beyond vibes that makes them suitable for the role?

I remember there were strong rumours they pushed for both the Eriksson signing and the OEL trade, neither of which ended well.
