The only 2 agents to have it to my knowledge are Hugo and Dialyn. And the latter can't even use it unless she has a Hollow Zero gear.
Is it too good? Being able to blow up a stun bar for big damage?
Cuz imma keep it a buck. It's making me want to pull her even less. I don't like Hoyo's other IPs. I like ZZZ (for now) cuz it's different (for now, been slowly losing it)
So the reference tickles the part of my brain that reminds me, I very much dislike Hoyo.
I'm fine with the downvotes. I'm sure they're coming. But I have a genuine question.
