Drove on a 4/32 mismatch for a year unknowingly. Worried About Damage to Differential

Hi! I have a 2023 Subaru Outback that is my first AWD car. Last year I got a flat and put my spare on, figuring since its a full size spare I have nothing to worry about. Today I discovered that the tire was at 8/32, with the other 3 tires closer to 4/32.

I replaced all 5 tires today and replaced diff fluid - but put about 10,000 miles on the car like this. I am incredibly worried about future risk due to added wear on the AWD components. Is there anything major I should watch for over the next year before my warranty expires?
