I've had a NordicTrack S22i cycle for a few years, and we recently moved across the country. The movers packed it as well as it could, but we discovered that the left side of the accessory tray, which is situated above the wheel, had broken off. This is the piece in question (though I don't think this is the exact store I used): https://www.fitnessrepairparts.com/cart/ViewItem/6107368 I was able to find an exact replacement piece online, but when I went to replace it, I found it was going to be difficult.

The piece is held in with a couple screws that were very easy to remove, but the "emergency stop" plunger goes through it as well, and that is not easily removed. The top red plastic does not come off, it seems, and the only visible way to detach it would be small screws on the "foot" of the brake... but those are (intentionally, I think) obstructed by the large side support rails next to the wheel. I'd have to disassembly *those* to get to the foot, and then get everything off and back together again to replace this tray.

Obviously I could just leave it broken/off... has anyone successfully replaced this part?

Thanks!
