Just bought a Nordic track and set it up. Immediately I noticed that the screen wasn’t truly responsive to every touch. Now I had to hard reset and I can’t even get past the language screen. Any suggestions ? I like the idea of the treadmill but this is ridiculous. Brand new 3k machine!

Do you leave your treadmill on or turn it off?
Our brand new X24 Treadmill arrived yesterday afternoon (22 hours ago). There was no noticeable damage to the shipping box besides usual scuff marks and my wife and I were both present to watch the unload and movement. We have several pieces of gym equipment already and so assembly is nothing new to us. We watched the video and followed all instructions meticulously to assemble the machine. When we finally turned the treadmill on it went to the language selection screen and was in English so we pushed next. Nothing happened. Tried selecting other languages and the console will randomly respond to touch. Tried tapping “Next” again and tapped all around 100 times and it finally went to the time zone screen. It will not let us select Pacific. Really it seems to only respond to touch in the center of the screen. You can scroll and randomly select time zones in the center but again, no reaction selecting “Next”.
We did all of the troubleshooting we could find - unplug 60 seconds then plug back in; factory reset with the paper clip; unscrew the console mounts and verify the cords are plugged in correctly and not pinched; cleaned the screen; let the machine warm up (it’s Arizona so not cold anyway). NOTHING has worked or made any changes. Of course when we try to contact customer service they’re only open M-F regular business hours.
I am absolutely infuriated with this company right now and thinking about the nonsense we will have to deal with for weeks/months now to fix things. Now we have the entire weekend to keep hoping the console will miraculously work and we can use our $3k machine.
Has anybody else dealt with the situation before and what can we expect now? Any advice/tips dealing with customer service? Thank you.
Just realized i’ve never lubricated after years and heavy use. Just wanna make sure its most likely a lubricant problem? Any insight on if it is or what else it could be from the noise it makes? Its a t 6.5s thanks

I just bought a Nordic Track X32I, it’s amazing, I am so happy with my purchase just few minuses , I can’t play YouTube and Netflix , I have seen some posts to go privileged mode but I don’t like that, I heard about nova launcher but there are not updates on that for like 2 years, does anyone use it and can let me know how it’s everything ?

We're looking at picking up a second hand s24. Husband is interested in the rides, I'm interested in the classes. Everything online makes a huge deal of the rides, which puts me off massively because that's the kind of thing that I switch off and phone in. There's almost nothing about the classes. Ive also seen people saying they're having trouble reaching the handlebars to ride. I'm 5'5" and husband is 6'2". Am I going to have problems in that department?
