🔥 Strange gauge on the Heatbed!!!
It's light. The gauge is lighter than it shows here, but still here. I can't figure out what this is and what caused it!

🔥 What is the cleaning/oiling schedule?
My P1S just started making some noise at the top of the machine when printing. It's towards the back. It's not the tube rubbing anywhere. I think I might need to clean the X-axis Carbon Rods. I also have never oiled the Z-axis Lead Screws either. I'm not running these machines as a print farm, but they get use for sure.
What is the maintenance schedule look like with your printers? Besides the:
- X-axis Carbon Rods
- Z-axis Lead Screws
what other regular maintenace is there and how often do you do it? What do you use? I clean inside the machine out all the time so there's no crap in there. What about that belt above the rods?

I don't know about your shop, but people contstantly either omit or mis-choose personalization options in mine. Then I either have to chase the customer or cancel the order.
Hopefully this will put an end to that! And they gave us up to 5!

I have taken my AMS apart 3 times thinking there was a piece of filament stuck somewhere but if there is, I can't find it!
In slot #3, the filament will start to feed through, then immediately grind on retraction.
🆘Help!!🆘
