I have a 40’x40’ area that I’m going to sod this weekend which is shown in the pictures I’ve included. My current system only has one open zone on manifold and controller itself, it’s a 4 zone controller and 3 are already being used for front. Unfortunately I don’t have much extra cash for new controller w more zones and also funds to have a landscaper install a backyard system. I would like to install one zone myself leading to this back area and was going to run a 1” poly pipe around the perimeter. I was thinking 5-6 sprinkler heads but wasn’t sure exactly where to place them and what heads would be best for coverage. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
