Not sure if this is a Huntsville or Madison thing, but one of the cities did some roadwork at the Capshaw & Nance intersection about a week ago. From what I can tell, they either didn't complete the work, or "finished" and did a very poor job of patching things up. I think they also changed the timing of the light, which has resulted in westbound traffic backing all the way up to the Jeff Road light in the afternoon. Traffic is always bad on Capshaw in the morning/afternoon, but it's been noticeably worse in this stretch for the last week. Is there a place where I can report/complain about this online, or do I have to contact the city directly? The city limits appear to run through the middle of the intersection & it's not a valid location on SeeClickFix. Thanks in advance.
