I don't know what year this manga came out, I do remember reading it in like 2014?

I remember it follows these 2 boys from elementary school to their deaths (from old age) at the very end. It has them growing old together and even adopting a son.

I remember the beginning of the manga has (unfortunately) one of them almost getting assaulted by a teacher? And I remember them playing soccer together.

From my memory at the end too, it ends with one of them on their death bed being visited by their son and his family in the hospital before passing away. But as he's dying he gets visions of his late husband (I think elementary age) and they run away together into the after life as their young selves.
