I think it's finally time to give up.
I've tried almost everything I could think of.
I've reached out to hundreds of people for referrals, sent cold emails and LinkedIn messages, tailored my resume for every role, and kept applying every single day. I even jokingly offered my first month's salary and a premium military liquor bottle to anyone who could genuinely help me land an interview. Still... nothing.
I have over 2 years of experience in networking and technical support, but it feels like my applications disappear into a black hole. Most companies don't even send a rejection email anymore.
At this point, I'm mentally exhausted. It's hard to stay motivated when weeks turn into months without a single meaningful opportunity.
I'm not writing this to ask for sympathy. I just needed to get it off my chest because I genuinely don't know what else to try.
Has anyone else been through this? How did you finally break out of it, or is it really time to accept that this just isn't meant to be?
