I am just starting out and need to get a microphone with clearer quality. I was looking in the $70-$80 range for dynamic microphones. I was looking at the AM8 and MAONO PD200x but it seems they are not good long term and looking for an XLR only would be better. I need it to handle screaming and also fans that will be in the background. Anyways most recently I was looking into a Rode PodMic. What would you guys recommend to get? And is XLR only better in the long term?
