I notice that there are always a bunch of parking spots available directly under the LIRR stattion at Valley Stream. Are these available to resident permit holders? I couldn’t find signage when I checked.
I’m confused because the lots immediately adjacent to the station are always packed, why is it relatively empty under the station?
