if i delete everything except the (.exe) will i be able to use the fish? my file went from 42gb to 128gb after i unhooked it lol if so, what things can i delete? sorry for being such a noob

i use my SD to directly download my roms, but if i use steamrip is there anything to lookout for, to avoid getting a virus on my SD?
