Bought them on 25 dec 2025 and within 5 months this is their condition tried to connect with the jlab support but there is no update on it filled the warranty claim form on their site and asking me about my details there is no update on it too.. IF ANYONE HAS SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM DO SHARE IT

Bought them on 25 Dec 2025 its not even 5 months since i had them and today i noticed that there is an identical crack on both sides of the headphone..NEED HELP if anyone had the same problem did it get resolved and how it get resolved
