I’m in coastal Washington State. Thinking I got a Western False Panther. I know Death Caps are rare around here especially this time of year. Also Death Caps are usually found in the fall in more manicured settings. This was found on my property under a Douglas fir canopy.

I just found this one and some others like it in my little forest on my property in Olympia to Washington. That’s the coastal Washington region in the USA. I don’t want to eat a death cap that I have heard grows around here too.
