What is happening to this lipstick?
I picked up this lipstick at Walgreens for 2 dollars, it was on a good sale. Looking at the top I thought this was a frosted lipstick. The lipstick is: COVERGIRL Clean Lip Color, 215 Enchantress Blush.
I would just like to know what is going on with this lipstick. I have not wore any but I took a "scientific" scratch to see if the white went all they way through.
