I get my annual leave pay out and on my payslip it says final payment, I asked my manager about it and she said she had no idea and its a mistake, she says she’s gonna ask the Area manager and comes back saying it happened to multiple people and that they’re trying to fix it, fast forward I get the payment today, I ask her what I should do with it or if its going to be deducted out of my pay check for this week, she explained the money is all mine and it shouldn’t get taken out of my paycheck for this week… Like surely something needs to be done about that? I can’t access my workforce app that shows me what days im working and no one is answering but my manager but I can’t shake the feeling she’s lying to me about me not getting fired.. If im getting fired is this even legal? I’m also on my probation period but aren’t they required to give me 14 days notice either way? (Based in Aus qld for laws and regulations reasons)
